Specialised Pump Types for Every Application
Based in KZN, and supplying nationally, we offer a wide range of pumps designed to suit various industries and applications. Whether you're managing clean water transfer, slurry movement, or high-pressure processes, we’ll help you find the right pump for the job.
Engineered for water transfer and industrial process systems, including paper & pulp and sugar production.
Offered in a variety of metals with multiple sealing configurations (mechanical, gland, or cartridge). Vertical installation options are available for space-constrained or inline applications.
Split casing
Designed for high-volume bulk water transfer in municipal and industrial systems.
Capable of flow rates up to 2,200 m³/h. The axially split casing design enables straightforward inspection and maintenance without dismantling pipework or removing the pump from service.
Horizontal multistage
High-pressure, high-volume multistage pump designed for demanding water transfer applications.
Equipped with an internal hydraulic balancing system to eliminate axial thrust, reducing wear and extending bearing life. Delivers heads up to 900 m and flow rates up to 1,500 m³/h.
Vertical multistage pumps for high-pressure water transfer and system boosting.
Ideal for standalone use or integrated into multi-pump booster assemblies. Their vertical configuration minimises footprint and simplifies maintenance compared to horizontal systems, making them suitable for space-restricted plantrooms or skid-mounted installations.
Stainless steel lobe pumps
Food-grade rotary lobe pumps constructed from 316L stainless steel for hygienic applications.
Designed for clean-in-place (CIP) compatibility and minimal product retention. Quick-access front cover and rotor assembly allow rapid maintenance with minimal downtime. Available with optional rotor profiles and port configurations to suit specific process requirements.
316L stainless steel wet-end pump designed for hygienic and corrosive applications.
Delivers flow rates up to 200 m³/h at pressures up to 6 bar. Equipped with single or double mechanical seals for enhanced leakage protection. Available with 2- or 4-pole motor options across various voltage configurations to suit site requirements.
Submersible pumps, ideal for drainage, wastewater, and industrial fluid handling.
Offered in lightweight, portable models for temporary dewatering as well as heavy-duty units for permanent installation. Larger systems can include overheat protection, telemetry integration, and optional cooling jackets for extended runtime in low-immersion or dry-pit conditions. Suitable for a wide range of clean or dirty water applications.
Light industrial and domestic
Compact pumps for domestic and light industrial applications.
Ideal for home water pressure boosting, small-scale irrigation, pressure washer systems, hydroponics, swimming pools, ponds, and water features. Available in single- or three-phase configurations, these cost-effective, easy-to-install units offer a reliable solution for lower flow and pressure requirements.
Available in cast steel, stainless steel, and a range of chemically resistant thermoplastics such as polypropylene and PTFE. These pumps offer excellent versatility with a wide selection of elastomers and internal components to suit abrasive, viscous, or corrosive fluids.
Suitable for sizes from ½" to 3", with self-priming capability and dry-run tolerance, making them ideal for process, chemical, and industrial use.
Heavy-duty slurry pumps for abrasive and corrosive fluid applications.
Designed to handle high solids content, these pumps are ideal for mining, mineral processing, paper & pulp, sugar, and wastewater industries. Available with metal or elastomer-lined casings and a range of impeller types to suit specific slurry characteristics. Configurable with gland packing, expeller, or mechanical seal options for reliable operation in demanding environments.
Progressive cavity
These positive-displacement worm pumps offer smooth, pulsation-free flow and precise metering, making them ideal for sludges, slurries, polymers, and food-grade applications. Designed for continuous or intermittent duty, with stator and rotor combinations tailored to handle a wide range of viscosities and solids content. Available in various materials to suit aggressive or hygienic environments.
The seal-less design of these mag drive pumps allows for extremely low risk of leakage. Ideal for working with toxic, hazardous, and valuable fluids. These pumps are compact and extremely energy-efficient. Available in a range of thermoplastics and stainless steel to suit your production environment.
